How to Fix

  1. 1

    Check sensor connector at the freezer icemaker for loose connection.

  2. 2

    Measure sensor resistance at its connector pins.

  3. 3

    If resistance is 0 ohm (short) or infinite (open), replace the icemaker tray sensor.

  4. 4

    If sensor measures normal resistance, check harness continuity back to the main PCB.

  5. 5

    If harness is OK and error persists, replace the freezer icemaker assembly.
